Anna Lucia

Anna Lucia is a generative artist based in Cairo, who draws with code and randomness. The NFT art movement has enabled her to dive deeper into her work, explore new territories, and make more extensive works, such as long-form projects. Her first long-form project, Loom, emulates the inner workings of a 4-shaft hand weaving loom, and the weaving pattern is generated at the moment of transaction. With her newfound freedom, she’s also set up an introductory generative art course alongside Islam Adel that they teach together in Cairo.
