Matto

Matto is a Brooklyn-based generative artist working across the media of images, music, software and worldbuilding. He is the creator of Night Run, a conceptual art project which includes a motorcycle video game, an NFT project about imaginary AI powered fashion houses and a series of videos documenting the creation process. He is also the creative director of Hypercastle Explorers, a software SDK for Terraforms by Mathcastles and The Idea Becomes a Machine, a conceptual AI art narrative exploring the work of Sol LeWitt. As a music artist he has released music for labels like Warp Records and recorded with artists including Skepta, DJ /rupture, Riff Raff and others under the name Matt Shadetek.
